October Whole Food Class
Another month gone by and here we are into October again. Love the fall season and all the beautiful colors to take in. Its gorgeous here and the weather amazing. I love it when we get to enjoy great weather with the season. This months class will bring some warming foods into your diet and help utilize the foods of the season.

Cornmeal Tofu Flanks: A different way to prepare your tofu with great spices to make it antiinflamatory for you body!
Kale Chips: my top favortite Kale chip recipes with flavor variety and even chocolate!!
