I hope you are all getting out to enjoy the early Spring weather this year! Its been amazing and a great opportunity to get out and moving in the yard or just taking some great walks in the sunshine!! Help restore those D3 reserves that may be depleated from the Winter months.

On the menu this month is :
Tofu Spread: This is a simple way to make a great tuna salad like protein spread, wonderful for some gluten free crackers and a great whole grain pita. Simple and herb charged for goodness!
Creamy Tomato Soup: this vegan friendly soup is amazing and easy. Simple and easy to make, vegan friendly and a great lunch addition!
Raspberry Tart: this tart is the bomb!! So amazing is the crust an flavors, it will rock your world. The ingredients are nutrient dense so you wont be filled with the guilt of a typical dessert!
Upcoming June and July I resume my Central community College Classes ! June I will be doing the Organic foods class which is an informed grocery store tour, teaching you to be the informed shopper!
July hold a new class Raw Energy: this class is for those who are feeling in an energy slump, not sure what the culprits are and need a real boost. I will give you the know on how to look at food as your tool to energy knowing how to use it for energy and boosting your immue system, and digestion are amazing tools to helping you lose weight naturally and with out alot of effort!!
